The music ambassador of the Lebanon Factory event is the incredible singer Merit Ariane Stephanos, accompanied by the superb pianist Alcyona Mick. Merit draws on Arab and Western contemporary classical influences in her music to create a unique dialogue between cultures. Her work is based on Arab Christmas chants in Lebanon and her passion is to explore the fluid boundaries between music and theatre.

Maria, Daniela, Osvaldo & José enchanted the SSFF audience with their unique sound. La Veleidosa is a Chilean band based in London, dedicated to research and interpret traditional folk music of central Chile, especially focused on the preparation and diffusion of a repertoire of Cuecas, Tonadas and music of the New Song. One of the fundamental references is the Chilean Cantora, embodied particularly in the legacy of Violeta Parra and her own research on the rural culture of Chile.
